 | From the Beltway 495 towards the Woodrow
Wilson Bridge.

| Cross the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.

| Take 1st exit after bridge - exit #2A &
2B, Rt. 210 South/Indian Head Highway - stay in the right lane.

| Travel approximately 15 miles through a
number of lights. At this point you will pass Bryan's Road Shopping
Center, a Burger King and McDonald's on your right. Travel approximately
3 miles further and turn left at the next traffic light onto Rt. 225 -
also called Hawthorne Road, towards La Plata. Just before the light,
there will be a TEXACO gas station on your left.

| Travel approximately 11 miles to major
intersection - turn right onto Rt. 301 South. There will be a Wendy's on
your left, a Roy Rogers across the highway. This is La Plata.

| Follow Rt. 301 South approximately 10
miles.

| Turn left onto Rt. 257 east - also
called Rock Point Road. There will be Newburg Marina sales on the right
side of Rt. 301, and a small restaurant on the left side of Rt. 301
called Hardesty's. If you come to the Potomac River Bridge (Harry M.
Nice Memorial Bridge) you've gone too far.

| Travel approximately 9 miles to a right
onto Swan Point Road.

| The Clubhouse entrance will be ahead
approximately 2.5 miles on the right. |
